Opening a company in Belarus for foreigners is relatively easy, but you have to make a big effort for everything to go well

First, you must translate the passport and certify it at the Justice Office (we advise you to provide several copies)

After that, the procedure depends on the form of legal personality that you have chosen

In Belarus, there are three most widespread types of business activities: an individual enterprise, a private unitary enterprise and a limited liability company. There are also other legal entities in our country, namely an Open Joint Stock Company, etc.

For example to open a limited liability company in Belarus you must

1) fill out the application for the establishment of the company, which you can find on the website of the Executive Council of the city of Minsk

2) prepare of the company's articles of association

3) passport translation

4) payment of the establishment fee at the bank

5) hire people for two positions :accountant and manager

6) office rental and legal address

7) opening a bank account

8) get the seal of your company
